Item Description
4x6.25". "Made in England" by "Vernay" and marked "Presidential Glass 244" on underside of base. Impeccably crafted heavy glass goblet featuring career accomplishments of FDR. Three large etchings include: circular portrait with eagle above and flanked flags below, Presidential seal with "The New Deal" below and "Repeal Of The 18th Amendment Dec. 7th 1933" with kissing birds accented by vines of grapes and wheat. Top rim has date of FDR's first inauguration and base reads "Asst Sec Of Navy 1913-20 Gov. Of New York State 1929-33". Faint wear on underside of base. VF.
