Marvel Comics. Stan Lee stories and Steve Ditko and Dick Ayers art. First is issue #115, December 1963 with appearance of Spider-Man and 2nd appearance of the Sandman. Origin of Dr. Strange. Next is issue #135, August 1965 with first appearance of Nick Fury, Agent of Shield with Kirby cover and art. Off-white pages. Moderate handling wear/aging including pinch creases at spines. A nice early pair with average grade at VG/Fine.
