Item Description
Large and impressive 7.5x54.5x.75" deep wooden board w/jigsawed ends. c. 1950s. Double-sided design w/same "Pony Boy - Tonto - The Lone Ranger" names, one side done in just black paint, other done in black w/yellow accent paint. Sign was used as a toy store display for Esquire Novelty Co., a famous gun/holster manufacturer of the day. Pair of drilled holes at either end as made for hanging. Board has some imperfections in the wood as expected and shows some wear at edges w/some minor paint rubs. Fine/VF. Only the second we've seen in our 48 years.
