Item Description
Record player comes in 10x12x5" tall wood hinged case. c. 1950s. Illustration of Lone Ranger on Silver and Tonto on Scout on lid. Thick leather handle. Name appears on sides. Inside lid has "The Lone Ranger Official Seal." Works well. Official seal image is lt. at center as produced. Case exterior shows moderate scattered wear and interior show scattered wear as well. Fine overall. Comes w/"The Adventures Of The Lone Ranger" 10.5x10.5x7/8" hinged lid boxed four-record set. Decca DU864. ©1951 The Lone Ranger, Inc. 78RPM. Front text gives titles - "He Becomes The Lone Ranger, He Finds Silver, He Finds Dan Reid, He Helps The Colonel's Son." Records included "Story With Narrator, Cast, Sound Effects And Orchestral Accompaniment" w/The Lone Ranger being played by Brace Beemer. Inside lid is large image of "The Lone Ranger Official Seal." Lid has one corner split and lid label has all-over age spotting and spine text has darkened w/age. Fine/VF. Records are missing generic Decca sleeves. Moderate surface wear but all playable w/included machine offered here. VF.
