Item Description
27.25x39". c.1969. Theatrical movie poster printed in Italy for use in the United States. Features dazzling brightly colored image of Omar Sharif as Guevara smoking a cigar with text "Che! From 20th Century-Fox" beneath. Bottom left and right margins read "Printed In Italy" and "Sericoler-Roma" respectively. All four edges and top and bottom center have masking tape. Minor loss of edge bottom right not extending into image. Otherwise only minor handling wear from being rolled. Good. Italian color printing was superior to American color printing at the time and many posters of this vintage were produced in Italy for use in the USA. Milo Pyne Collection.
