Wrigley’s gum sponsored this children’s program on CBS in 1932-1933. One of their offered premiums is now considered the first radio premium ring. That is not included in this group but the group does include the club “Tribe Book” a flocking covered 32 page manual telling the story of the Lone Wolf tribe, showing many premiums including the ring and with full color ads for the sponsor Wrigley’s. This is a beautiful NM copy. Group includes a mailing envelope with 2” tear on front but clean which held a 6” card which in turn held the basic membership pin. The pin itself is gone but the rare card is Mint. Also included is self-mailing card with attached compartment that also would have held one of the membership pins. This format did away with the mailing envelope. End flap has come loose from the compartment that held the pin but the tab remains and is stapled to the card. Small edge wear. Last is a 1” tall silvered brass pin known as the Thunderbird brooch. Mint. A nice group for an early and historic children’s radio show.
