This is a 3.25x6.5” tri-fold brochure which opens to 9-5/8” wide. Inside panels picture and give all the details about the use of Silver Star Ring. This is the ring with the top that lifts off so interior can serve as secret compartment and interior included the individual member’s serial number. Front of the folder has a good bit of creasing down the left hand side with lesser amount on the reverse. Still it displays very bright and clean. This particular ring is scarce and this folder is rare.
