Item Description
First is original mailing envelope 3x4.5” carrying the company return address in Burlington, Vermont. Light wear but VF. Next is 7.5x10.5” cover letter giving the history of “Pirate Gold…The Doubloon” and naming the radio program “The Cruise Of The Blue Dart.” Great illustration of fierce pirate with a parrot holding the scroll design containing the text. With this comes the Mint brass luster 1-1/8” replica of the Doubloon known by a more common name of “Pieces Of Eight.” Rare.
