Item Description
Original 5-7/8x7-1/8" stiff paper folder has great image of Mickey Mouse playing harp featured in first letter of his name. Folder is marked w/small "Foreign Print" on front and back has "By Exclusive Arrangement With Messrs. Ideal Film Limited" text. Early 1930s. Folder front has 1x3.5" area of surface paper lift w/some scattered lifts along top. This doesn't affect Mickey image or much of title. Interior has three archival tape repairs. Good/VG. Folder contains four approx. 5.25x5.5" transfer sheets w/instructions on folder. These sheets feature a variety of different images, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse as well as some unusual images like Mickey w/hobo, wet Mickey sitting in puddle, Mickey hitting himself w/what appears to be large drumsticks, Mickey w/black eye and punching bag, writing letter and sharing dinner w/bearded man. Sheets are complete and unused w/just lt. aging. VF overall. Rare and first we've seen in our 48 years.
