Item Description
Specialty cardboard box features image of Zorro on rearing Toronado and contains complete three-piece costume, size Medium. ©1958 Walt Disney Productions. Box lid has even aging and some scattered edge wear, but is tight and Fine overall w/child's name penciled on one end. Thin vacuform plastic mask has trace of wear to hat brim and .25" crease on either side. Underside of chin has 1/16" crack. Still displays VF. Mostly rayon full length bodysuit has design accents and images of Zorro on rearing Toronado. Complete w/separate cape. Moderate creasing as stored over the years w/2" split to front of one shoulder and 2" split on back towards top of seat of pants area. Costume is free of the stains typically the case w/these types of costumes. Fine/VF. Comes w/10.5x16.5" stiff cardboard "Magic Slate" by Watkins-Strathmore Co. c. 1958. Missing most of small plastic clip above slate that held the stylus which is also missing. Slate itself is unused. Edges of slate have lt. scattered trace of wear, but still clean and VF for display.
