27x41" one-sheet movie poster for the original release of the 1954 20th Century-Fox film "Superman In Exile," which consisted of three episodes of the "Adventures Of Superman" TV show starring George Reeves. These episodes were filmed towards the end of the 1953 season and the finished film contained a pair of one-minute "bridges" for the transition of episodes (this footage can only be seen in the movie), which included - "Superman In Exile, The Face And The Voice" and "The Whistling Bird." These titles are listed on the poster, which features great graphic of George Reeves flying as Superman w/additional images from the film and portrait image at lower left of Noel Neill as Lois Lane. Poster has been folded as issued w/some wear at fold crease intersections, including .25" hole at bottom fold crease intersection, 1" split at center fold crease intersection and archival tape repair on reverse at top fold crease intersection. Right center fold has some small holes along fold. Margins have some scattered lt. wear and aging. Fine overall, but if framed, poster would still display nicely.
