Item Description
First is 8x12" display for c. 1940 set featuring bluetone photos. Three example cards on glossy paper stock are "Chief Thundercloud As Tonto, The Five Rangers, Lee Powell." Strip at bottom notes 1¢ price and "Exhibit Supply Co. Chicago." Margin wear w/corner crease. Fine w/EX cards. Second display is 12.5x18.5" for floor model machines. Features title strip at top and nine example cards below. For the 1940s illustrated Lone Ranger set of 16 cards issued by Exhibit Supply. All examples on this sign feature LR and Tonto appears on two as well. Margin wear, VF w/NM cards. Final item is the complete set of 16 cards as advertised on the display. These are
3-3/8x5-3/8" and feature great images of LR and/or Tonto. Tiny corner tip wear. Still NM. Nice lot for both exhibit and LR collectors.
