Cards in this lot are numbered 1-120. Each is 2.5x3-1/8" w/choice color fronts and text backs. ©1941. ACC# R157 & R158. Complete set of 96 from the initial "Uncle Sam" set and run of numbers 97-120 of the extended "Uncle Sam's Home Defense" set, missing just the rare high numbers (see next item #2444). The first 96 cards focus on military personnel, vehicles and equipment while the higher number cards focus on the war effort of the home front. Typical moderate wear/aging but relatively free of creases and overall grades as VG to EX (w/some Good). Exceptional war theme set.
