Item Description
Pair of 1940s figurines. First is 3-7/8" tall painted and glazed ceramic depicting Dumbo wearing his standard hat by American Pottery. Complete w/foil label which is faded but text including "Baby Dumbo" remains distinct. One of several different Dumbo figurines produced by American Pottery. Small trace of missing paint to red over-the-glaze accent on Dumbo's collar, o/w Exc. Second is 5" tall nicely painted and glazed ceramic depicting Dumbo wearing baby bonnet by Vernon Kilns. Underside has company mark including series number "41" and 1941 copyright. Tiny nick to backside of bonnet brim and small chip to tip of trunk. VF.
