4.25" tall (6.5" to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, 1930s. This pail (and included 6.25" long generic tin litho shovel) was a premium variety issued by Farm Crest Dairy as noted by "Farm Crest" name at bottom and was most likely issued filled w/cottage cheese. Also produced w/o dairy name. Sides feature great wrap-around scene depicting Donald Duck as ship's captain looking through telescope at Mickey Mouse, who is depicted as an island castaway in tattered attire. Donald's ship has Donald figurehead w/"Sir Donald Duck" title. Interior base has some oxidation, but this has stabilized. Exterior has slight fade and shows some scattered general lt. wear but remains glossy. Displays VF. Shovel shows general wear from use and is Fine/VF.
