Item Description
Pair of progressive proofs for front covers of albums featuring Otis Redding and Ray Charles. Ray Charles is for 1959 release of "The Genius Of Ray Charles" Atlantic 1312 (Mono). Two 13.5x14.5" proofs are stapled together, top proof is full color as it appeared on finished product while second proof features yellow progressive proof. Scattered handling wear/aging w/some smudges to top proof. Fine/VF. Otis Redding is for 1968 release of "The Immortal Otis Redding" Atco SD 33-252. Set of six 14.25x15.25" progressive color proofs, stapled together at right. Some sheets have "Globe Productions" printed notation at bottom center. Top proof is bw image while third proof has grey bkg. and color title as seen on finished product. Scattered handling wear/aging. Fine/VF. Neat pieces to frame.
