Whitman #1117, ©1936 King Features Syndicate, Inc. Story and art by "Little Annie Rooney" writer (1931-1953) Brandon Walsh. Created not long after the Chicago Tribune Syndicate had scored a huge hit w/"Little Orphan Annie," this strip dealt w/a young orphaned girl who traveled around w/her dog, Zero. King Features Syndicate launched the strip Jan. 10, 1927. Never fully opened. Pages have lt. even aging, but still a NM file copy. Superior, high grade example. Rogers M.
