Item Description
Original cardboard box w/gun illustration contains 7" long nickel-plated cast iron gun w/ivory "Tenite" plastic grips. J. & E. Stevens Company, 1938. Box shows scattered wear and even aging and is missing one inner flap. End flap has 1" tear. 3/8" U-shaped puncture to main panel. Still displays Fine overall. This is the first version of this gun, featuring small grips w/horsehead on one side and cowboy portrait w/crossed pistols. Raised "Bang-O" name on frame behind bullet cylinder on both sides. Gun takes roll caps and is unfired. Grips has some scattered aging. Exc.
