Lot of 66 pieces, including 33 first day covers from the 1940s w/some up to 1971, including one signed by MacArthur's son. Two feature small photos. A few feature MacArthur's birthplace. Most are American issue w/a few from the Philippines. Nice selection. Lot also includes 32 postcards, most from the 1940s-1950s w/a few from up through the 1970s. Designs include real photos, linen, printed cards. Lot also includes 3.2x4-4/8" Christmas card from 1925 (w/matching worn/aged envelope), the year MacArthur became America's youngest Major General, taking control of the Third Corps.
