Set consists of generic Playco spring-loaded plastic pistol, five suction cup-tipped safety darts, plastic handcuffs w/keys and nicely illustrated target bkg. featuring Dick Tracy villains Flattop, The Brow, Scorpio, Steve the Tramp, Bribery, Pruneface, Shackey and Mole. Contents are NM-Mint as packaged. Scarce later years Dick Tracy item, especially as still factory-sealed.
