Item Description
23-7/8x42" thin wooden board has very nicely painted sign on front w/skeleton holding "All Night Spook Show" banner. Sign also features great portrait image of Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula and Boris Karloff as Frankenstein promoting "In Person!" appearance (likely an costumed employee). An additional image features a decayed Mummy carrying swooning female victim. Promotional text includes "Dusk To Dawn - 5 Terror Shock Pictures - Live Fiendish Creatures - Ghouls - Ghosts - Live Monsters Capture Girls From The Audience - Lock Your Doors - Don't Come Alone!" No venue indicated, but likely a specially created piece for a local theater or drive-in. c. 1960s. Upper right corner has 2.25" corner off and right margin also has some moisture staining in 3" to 3.5" from edge. Some corner wear and scattered aging. Fine overall but still makes for a wonderful display. Impressive and unique.
