Original 9.5x19x1.5" deep cardboard box w/nicely illustrated lid contains complete parts for Hasbro game, ©1963 Universal Pictures Corp. Lid design features nice large image of an advancing Creature reminiscent of the classic Aurora model w/"Enter The Depth Of The Black Lagoon" text. Lid has some minor color rubs, but box remains tight and VF/Exc. Contents include illustrated insert w/built-in spinner. Insert features same art as on lid. 15.75x18.5" gameboard shows repeated image of Creature from box lid. Four die-cut cardboard Creature playing pieces come w/wooden bases and "Creature 'Safety Cards'" and "Creature 'Capture Cards'." A few cards have some lt. aging but o/w contents are NM.
