Item Description
8x12" thin cardboard counter display w/die-cut slot holding complete amount of 24 flicker/flasher rings on silver luster plastic bases. 1964. Display features photo images of each Beatle w/their name below and original issue price of 29¢. Display has folding flaps on back that slot into one another for upright display. Display has even aging and has darker 1x1.75" spot between Paul and George portraits. Some creasing at top row of rings. Fine overall. Top of each ring has flicker/flasher (produced by Vari-Vue) portrait alternating w/text including "I'm George - I'm John - I'm Ringo - I'm Paul." Display includes six rings for each Beatle. Some scattered lt. wear to raised points around flicker/flasher insert but o/w VF/Exc. These are scarcer than the version w/blue plastic bases as these are the original first issues. Rare and first we've offered in our 48 years. An incredible display piece. Gary Keller Collection.
