Original North Carolina "Division Of Motor Vehicles" mailer contain original paperwork and 6x12" stamped metal license plate issued to the NC Dept. of Crime Control and Public Safety in 1995 according to enclosed paper. Plate number "SHP-1569." Mailer shows wear from mailing w/small hole and .75" tear on each side. Mailer is Fine overall. License plate is unused and NM.
