8.5x16-5/8x1.25" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete parts for Milton Bradley game. ©1966 RKO General-Videocraft. Based on American/Japanese "The King Kong Show" cartoon series produced in 1966 by Videocraft of the USA, and Japan's Toei Animation. This show was the first anime series produced in Japan for an American company. ABC ran the series in the US between Sept. 1966, and Aug. 1969. See King Kong Talking Puppet, item #2298. Box has original store price sticker on lid side panel and is complete w/illustrated insert w/instructions and factory-sealed tray containing wooden die and four generic plastic playing pieces. 16.25x16.25" gameboard w/colorful design features King Kong portraits and images of main characters. Aside from some minor color rubs to lid, box is Exc. w/contents Mint as packaged. Old store stock and scarce in this choice condition. Gary Keller Collection.
