Popeye puppet w/soft vinyl head (w/corncob pipe that "You Can Blow Bubbles With Popeye's Pipe!"), cloth/felt body, die-cut plastic arms and pocket on back for insertion of hand. Reverse side has of box illustrated instructions. Box remains factory-sealed and bottom panel has square cut out as issued around opening flap w/"Open Flap To Pull The Talking Ring" text, allowing for buyers to try talking mechanism. This has two archival tape repairs at corners on back side of box, not affecting front's display. Rest of box remains tightly sealed and displays NM. As is typical, talking feature no longer works.
