Characters include Felix, Katzenjammer Kids, Blondie and Dagwood, Popeye, Henry, Jiggs, Annie Rooney, Barney Google, Super Hero that carries rifle, wears cape and has skull and crossbones insignia on chest. Uncertain if meant to be Flash Gordon. Stationery is copyright 1944, King Features Syndicate. Typed letter signed is personal correspondence from employee written 1951. Folded for mailing. Light handling creases. Bright, colorful, VF.
