Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard contains Knickerbocker game, ©1955 Sherry TV Inc. Box lid features image of Jack Webb plus image of game contained within. Underside of box features image of children playing w/target game and has cut-out "Dragnet" ID card. Lid has applied label noting that set now contained two guns (was previously issued w/only one) and has .5" puncture at bottom center of main panel. Lid also has numerous small punctures to Webb's face area. VG. Game includes 11x13x2" deep mostly tin litho target w/four figural hard plastic targets attached at front on metal rod so they spin when shot w/the two included 6" long black/gold spring-loaded hard plastic "Dragnet" guns w/raised "714" badge design on grips. Complete w/corks (w/original cellophane bag) and four rubber suction cup-tipped safety darts. Also comes w/gold metal "Official Badge" and hard plastic "Official Whistle" on card. Contents are unused and Exc. Rarely found complete. Gary Keller Collection.
