Item Description
22x33". 1995. Featuring illustration by "Coco Masuda" It was here that First Lady Clinton delivered her now famous "Women's Rights Are Human Rights" speech. Leading up to her address she resisted efforts internally from the administration and from China to tone down her rhetoric. The moment is a defining one for Clinton as can be seen by the use of the slogan "Women's Rights Are Human Rights" in her 2016 campaign for the Presidency. Archival tape repair to upper left corner on reverse and scattered handling marks otherwise Fine. A scarce early career item and the first we've offered.
