Item Description
First is 2-1/8” by W&H from the early 1900s. Silvering near 100%. The only stain is a faint thin line 5/8” long on the very edge at 1 o’clock. Great color. Next is an English mirror 2.25”. Light oxidation on the reverse collet and a large circle of silvering missing from the center of the mirror. Celluloid has 1/16” long indent below the baby’s ear and on the very bottom edge an 1/8” piece of surface celluloid is missing but the underlying paper has been darkened so it shows little. Great color and design. Tiny text in the narrow red circle names a London firm. There is also an American version although this is the rarer of the two. Both still display beautifully.
