Single-sided 2x3.5" membership card for RKO Orpheum Theatre in New Orleans, LA. Issued as a "Certificate Of Bravery" upon attending a screening of the 1931 Universal horror film "Frankenstein," starring Boris Karloff. Card dates to the film's original release. Card's geometric design reads "This Certifies That The Bearer Has Seen 'Frankenstein' An Epic Of Horror" and lists theater's name. Even lt. aging. Exc. Rare and first we've seen in our 48 years.
