Item Description
Base is in brass with adjustable prongs and small v-shaped cut-outs on each side. Top has 4 brass tabs holding rectangular plastic flicker plate with images that alternate between large portrait of Howdy Doody smiling and that of the trademark shoe company parrot on a perch. The flicker is exceptionally bright and clean with no internal cracks. Luster about 97% complete and best overall example we've seen.
