Item Description
Brass base with adjustable bands and a pair of tall skinny triangular cut-outs on each side has mounted on the top a circular brass disk with profile of Indian in headdress captioned around “Kit Carson.” Hairline of enamel off the left and tiny surface flake off top and bottom but still displaying nicely and with gloss. The Overstreet Toy Ring guide dates this as related to the 1950s TV program but it is a good bit earlier and more likely from the 1940 era when a movie starring John Hall as Kit Carson was released. Rare and VG.
