Item Description
The largest star badge is 1.5” tall and the others are to scale. Both of these star badges are from 1939. One designating “Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol Member” and the other issued to a “Second Year Member.” Most luster remains on both. Next is a scarce die-cut enamel paint and brass tab with text “Dick Tracy Detective Club.” This is from 1942. Fourth is from 1939 and was issued to a “Member Girls Division.” Slight luster loss. Last is an adjustable band brass ring with very high relief portrait of “Dick Tracy” surrounded by symbols including crescent moon and stars. We aren’t quite sure of the connection but in promotions from 1938 this ring is called “Secret Ring Of Osiris” and it was issued in Feb of 1938 by Quaker. A little tarnish on the top but much luster and VF. Robert Overstreet Collection. Comes with Hake’s COA.
