Item Description
Original 6.5x20.5x2.75" cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 20" long hard plastic tommy gun made in Japan by Tada and distributed by Lone Star, 1960s. Box features classic image of Sean Connery using jet pack from "Thunderball" though aside from "007" logo, Bond's name does not appear on box or toy itself. Lid has slight fade and inward warp w/some scattered edge wear but is complete w/original cardboard insert and is Fine/VF. Gun has raised "Tommy Buster" name on side and gold foil "007" sticker. Gun is friction-powered and functions as a "Repeating Cap Shooter." Stock is removable and roll caps are loaded within. Gun has never been removed from insert and is NM, old store stock. Scarce. Gary Keller Collection.
