Item Description
This very large premium ring came from Quaker Cereals, 1951. Base is brass with adjustable bands picturing Quaker man logo on one side while other side has mouth of cannon shooting out cereal grains. Mounted on top is a black metal frame with a bright red plastic segment that surrounds mint brass luster cannon barrel. Also issued with silver aluminum barrel. Cannon barrel has spring-loaded plunger and when pulled out objects can be dropped into barrel and then plunger is released to launch them. An outstanding N. Mint example with brilliant all-over luster.
