Brass base has most bright luster off the lower bands but nice luster on top surface. Top has faceted inset deep red stone while side edge designates the month of January and opposite edge denotes the quality "Constancy." One from a series of twelve issued in 1936 and January is one we've never offered. Upper left corner of stone is missing a small sliver of glass between the two brass prongs. Top of the stone surface has tiny wear, mostly on outer edges but this shows little without magnification. Overall just VG, but likely rarest of the twelve.
