2x3.5" stiff cardboard for 1940 club sponsored by Pep Comics. Card has typed-in member's name and actual ink-signed name of the character. Tiniest tanning on the left side with lower left corner a little lighter in color as card was once held by paste-on corners into a scrapbook. On the blank reverse, most of the card is lightly tanned but where two corners were placed the cardboard is lighter in color. Displays extremely Fine. About the second we've seen. Rare.
