Item Description
Each is in muted brass luster as produced with hanger bar 1.75" long picturing the head of a young aviator with helmet and goggles posed as the front of an airplane. This was a franchised late 1920s-1930s club used to promote the sale of boys clothing. One of the pieces has suspended medallion reading "Ace" and that was awarded for the highest degree in the club. The second piece is even scarcer as the suspended bar reads "Flight Leader" and that was the person in charge of the local club. The only higher designation award that exists is one that reads "Chief Sky Climber" and that was reserved for the head of the clothing store sponsoring the club. The Ace award is scarce and the Flight Leader award is rare, about the second we've seen. Both are N. Mint.
