15" tall. Caption on front of base. Painted chalk figure has gloved hands on her hips, shoulders, back and emphasized bosoms forward. Nicely painted accents to outfit and face. Back of chaps are open and detail suggests either very tight pants underneath or no pants at all. Nicely done with appropriate, suggestive caption of "Howdy Pardner" on base front. c. late 40s. VF.
