3.75x6" tin litho by Happynak marked "No. 66." 1930s. Nice image of Mickey on wheeled platform being pulled by Pluto, reminiscent of the celluloid wind-up toy. Moderate scattered paint wear mostly on rim edge. Bright, Fine.
