Volume 12, No. 70. First issue under this title. Formerly titled "WOW" Fawcett Publications September 1948. Hoppy is featured twice on cover. 1/8x2-1/8" strip of insect damage on back right corner. Light aging of contents. Faint crease along spine only noticeable under close inspection. Despite defects, still VF appearance.
