Item Description
1.75x3x3" tall. Two lithographed sides. 1929 KFS. An Irwin product. Lower portion has pull-out drawer to empty shavings. Crank has wood knob. One lithographed panel has Popeye holding pencil and paper and saying "Write With A Sharp Pencil An No One Will Miss The Point!" Other side shows Popeye swinging at pencil and saying "A Sharp Pencil Gives Your Writin' Punch!" Scattered paint loss on red painted ends. Luster loss on drawer and base. Lithographed areas remain unscratched and Fine.
