Item Description
3.75x9x10.5" tall. Toy No. 700. Introduced in 1935 and made just one year. Right side original. Left side with laser copy on top above eyes. Inside of arms are laser color copies, but hardly shows. Outside arm paper is original. Pull action works and Popeye rings bell. Displays Fine.
