Lot consists of 2 hand puppets of Farfel, the Jimmy Nelson puppet character used to advertise Nestle. First in lot is a 16” tall hand puppet manufactured by Celebrity Dolls in the 1950’s. Doll has soft vinyl head with fabric ears and neck/body. Doll has some light paint scuffs to vinyl areas but retains an Exc. Appearance. Second doll in lot is a 9.50” tall doll manufactured by Juro and copyright 1980. Doll is manufactured out of felt and faux fur with a hard plastic nose. Doll has 4.25” wide “Farfel” name emblazoned across chest. Felt area has some aging but still VF/Exc. Puppets also come with 3.50” tall white ceramic mug with design showing Farfel with name below and text “Especially for you – Jimmie Nelson.” 1950’s. We have not seen documentation but believe this was issued as a premium by the shows sponsor Nestle. Mug has some light crazing to glaze and some aging and is Exc.
