23.25” long plastic battery operated tommy gun has green plastic tipped barrel that goes in and out when shot, simulating gun fire. Loud popping noise accompanies. Bullet chamber has 5/8” wide strip of gold printed bullets which have some color rubs. Gun has “Official Untouchables” printed on side in gold and copyright Desilu Productions. Manufactured by Marx circa 1966. Gun has metal clasp latch at back of main gun body for battery chamber. Gun has some light aging but is overall Exc. Comes in a plain brown 5.50” X 25” X 3.50” deep brown box with text “ Untouchables B.O. Tommy-Gun.” Box has original tape strip which has been cut but rest of box has the faintest handling wear and is Exc. From the Hake Collection.
