Box is complete w/plain cardboard inner packaging strip but is without mailing label and is VF. Paper has illustrated instructions on front, reverse has pair of coupons for obtaining additional premiums for 25¢ and one Corn Flakes box top. Front top half of sheet is tanned but paper remains clean and FN. Cycle is designed w/removable rider figure. Has crank on one side, back has gear shift lever. Working and travels forward when wound although requires a nudge every once in a while. NM. Only the 2nd we've seen.
