Item Description
9.50” X 12.25” program has stiff paper embossed die-cut cover with leaf design in center revealing portion of topless dancer. Cover opens to reveal full image of dancer in front of pink flower design background. Program contains 32 black & white and full color pages with many women shown topless including Josephine Baker shown solely on one full color page with three black & white pages of her dancing. Baker’s costumes include that of a farm boy, pearl & sequin costume with feature tail being show in full color, and is again shown in black & white and a small image of her topless with pants and feathered hat. Back cover has a caricature image of a dancing Josephine Baker. Center 4 pages are loose but still intact. Inside front page has ½” X 1” chip which is stuck to inside front cover. Has some aging and handling with pinch creases to spine but still retains a VF appearance with bright contents. Back cover has a 1.75” X 3” paper defect but does not affect any print or image.
