Item Description
Set of 80 plus 2 variant cards, each 2.5x3.5" w/nice color illustration on front w/rwb reverse that has text and "Indian Picture Writing" illustrations. Issued by Fleer in 1959. Cards include chief portrait illustrations plus images of Indian life, several sub-sets dealing w/specific groups or Indians along w/their specific symbols included on each card. Cards 19 and 70 each have a second variant card in which the corner symbols are reversed. NM.
