The Penguin closes his umbrella for a visit. Dick Sprang did the art for this notable War cover. He also contributed interiors as did Jerry Robinson and George Roussos. Bill Finger contributes a story. The pages are off-white to white. This copy is tied with two others as the third highest graded copy on the CGC Census.
